Are you ready to take the next step in your career within the MAN family? We are currently looking for an ambitious and motivated Bus Sales Representative to join our team in Norway. This position is a great opportunity for internal candidates who want to broaden their experience, deepen their market knowledge, and contribute to the growth of MAN's bus business.

Your Role:
Drive direct sales and tender activities across the Norwegian bus market
Build and manage relationships with both retail and key account customers
Analyze trends and competitors, and contribute to strategic development
Provide tailored, value-driven customer solutions
Act as a bridge between local customer needs and the wider MAN bus product portfolio
Collaborate with our aftersales and service departments to ensure full lifecycle support
Who are we looking for?
We believe the ideal candidate has several years of experience in B2B sales – preferably within the retail sector or a closely related industry – with a solid understanding of commercial operations, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
A background from within MAN or the wider TRATON Group is considered a strong advantage, as it enables a faster understanding of our systems, products, and culture.
You likely have an educational background in economics or technical fields, but we also value relevant work experience and practical training equally.
You have documented experience working with key accounts, demonstrating your ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers and to tailor solutions to their specific needs.
In addition, you bring strong analytical skills, a structured and proactive working style, and a high level of commercial awareness. You are a natural relationship-builder who thrives in collaboration – both with customers and internal colleagues across departments.
